CANTON, OHIO – The world’s best high school-aged football players will compete for the first IFAF Junior World Championship in Canton, Ohio, next summer. 

The International Federation of American Football (IFAF), USA Football, and the City of Canton, announced today from the Pro Football Hall of Fame that Canton will host the inaugural event in the summer of 2009 – a tournament consisting of the world’s eight best high school-aged (19 and under) national teams.

 
Sweden has seventh ticket to EJC 2008

The Swedish Junior National Teams has beaten Norway 32 : 6.

With the victory in the inner scandiavian game Sweden can buy the flight tickets to the 9th EFAF European Junior Championships 2008 which is played in Sevilla (Spain). Sweden is the seventh team which qualifies. The eight and last open sport will be decided between Russia and Italy

 
Seven teams have now qualified for the EJC2008

 Seven teams find themselves qualified for the European Junior American Football Championships that will be held from 11 to 21 July in Seville Spain this summer.  The latest team to qualify, Sweden, manhandled Norway in a 32 to 6 beating of their neighbors to qualifyfor the trip to Spain.

The Danish National U19 team hosted Schwitzerland at Elsinore Stadium in a qualifier for the EJC in Spain this summer.
